Property with Love has been established from over 25 years’ experience in the property game, owning and managing rental properties, managing the build of our own home and over recent years buying-renovating-selling properties within the Wellington area.
We know first-hand how emotionally and physically demanding any renovation or remedial work can be (no matter how large or small). We also know that those little niggly jobs often get overlooked and get put on the back burner for weeks, months, and sometimes years and then often turn into larger issues and more costly projects.
The difficulty of DIY, or trying to coordinate several trades people for a project, whilst juggling everyday life can be stressful, costly and less time efficient.
